Prices
The price includes all electricity and gas for heating and cooking. All linen and towels are provided. Please note that this is a no smoking establishment and we are unable to take pets.
Letting commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of departure. Letting of the self-catering cottage are on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday). However short-term lets of 3 or 4 days may be possible when a price is shown in the calendar, subject to availability.

Terms and conditions
1. FORMATION OF CONTRACT.
A binding contract between you and us will take effect when we send you a holiday confirmation email.
2. PERIOD OF HIRE.
Letting commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10am on departure. Lets are on a weekly basis and the maximum period of let is 3 weeks. Short breaks consist of a minimum of 3 night's duration. Only the persons named are permitted to stay in the cottage during the period of hire.
3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT.
Payment is by bank transfer or cheque. A deposit of 25% of the rental fee is payable when the booking is made. We will confirm your booking and reservation as soon as a deposit is received from you. The balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement of the let. If you book your holiday less than six weeks before it is due to commence, please pay the full amount when booking. The price for Bruaich Mhor is inclusive of all fees, electricity and all bed and towel linen.
4. CANCELLATIONS.
Should a cancellation be made by the client, we will seek to re-let the property for the period of hire. If we are successful in doing so we will refund all monies paid less a handling and re-advertising charge of £25 per week booked. In the event that we are unable to re-let Bruaich Mhor for the hire period all monies paid by you (deposit or otherwise) will be forfeited to us.
5. BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE.
We respectfully ask that any items damaged should be replaced or remunerated. Please advise us of any breakage or damage that should occur during your stay.
6. CARE OF PROPERTY.
The accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and effects are to be kept in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at commencement of your holiday.
7. LIABILITY.
The owners shall have no liability for any death, personal injury, damage or loss of property, unless this results from the owner's negligence.
8. RIGHT OF ENTRY.
The owners reserve the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs or maintenance.
9. OTHER CONDITIONS.
Smoking is not permitted at any time inside Bruaich Mhor.
